Job Description

This is an ideal role for an experienced senior-level professional who is goal orientated, hard-working and wants to lead a vibrant and growing Media Team. They will wish to work in a start-up environment; to contribute to the growth and culture of the company; and to drive the business forward. The successful candidate will be expected to maximise revenue for the Media products and will need to motivate team members to meet company objectives. The right candidate will need to be a natural leader, thorough and reliable, good at communicating and building relationships as well as holding excellent time management. We value team-workers who can engage with their colleagues and make good use of their experience and our resources.

Desired Candidate Profile
The Role: • Lead the Media Team in building and maintaining relationships with key publishers • Implement an effective publisher recruitment strategy • Oversee all levels of campaign management and assist in decision making processes across both products • Be prepared to meet and exceed revenue goals and quotas • Reporting and analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunity • Ability to lead pitches, proposal writing and presentations • Must be able to motivate team members and help with their personal and professional development Some of the things we’re looking for are: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the digital media industry • Proven ability to manage and develop media partnerships • History of success with high profile media partners • A strong track-record against individual and company targets • Ability to strategize, negotiate and problem solve both internally and externally • Strong senior level contacts across the industry • Proven leadership and team management skills
